Many patterns come with tasks: the setup work, and the checks that keep the pattern running. Moral Fabric can create them in Asana for you, grouped under one task per pattern.
Click Create tasks in Asana. You may need to log in first.
Under Where and who, check the Project and the Assignee. The project is Moral Fabric patterns by default; it is created the first time you use it, and every pattern you add becomes its own task there. You can also choose My Tasks or another project.
Set a Start date and click Create tasks in Asana.
The Accompanying tasks section of a pattern, with the setup tasks listed by week
When it's done, click Open in Asana to see the parent task with the setup tasks and the recurring checks under it.
Prefer to work outside Asana? The Accompanying tasks section also lets you copy the list or download it as a CSV.
Creating them again
If the tasks for a pattern were created before, the page says when and by whom, with a link to them in Asana. You can still create them again, for example for a second team. Untick the ones you already have.
