See your team's ratings

One table with every role holder's Skill, Energy and Attention: their own rating next to their team Lead's. For what the three ratings mean, see  Role Ratings: Skill, Energy, Attention .
Who sees whatTeam Leads open  My Team . It covers the teams you lead and every team below them. If you lead more than one team, the tab is called My Teams.
Workspace owners and admins open  All Teams , with every team in the workspace.
Both tabs sit in Teams & Roles, next to Organization and My Roles. Everyone else sees them with a lock.
Read the tablePick a team in Pick a team, or a single person in Or pick a person.
Each row is one person in one role. Under Self you see how they rate themselves, under Team Lead how their Lead rates them.
From a person, click Back to the team view to return.
A big gap between Self and Team Lead is a good start for a conversation.
Rate as a team LeadClick a cell under Team Lead to give or change your rating for that person in that role. Who rates whom is explained in  Team Leads and empty roles .
