The App Library decides which apps show in your workspace's sidebar, such as Legal, Finance or Suppliers.
Open the App Library : the link at the bottom of the sidebar, or the tile on Home. Under , click on the app you want. It moves to and appears in the sidebar for everyone.
To remove one, click under and confirm with .
Disabling only hides the app from the sidebar. Its data, its syncs and any direct links keep working, and enabling it again brings everything back.
Apps marked were built for your organisation and stay on.
Workspace owners and admins. Everyone else sees the library, but can't change it.
