Found via Google: apps people sign into

See which apps people in your organisation sign into with their Google account, and add the ones you use to your tools.
Suppliers → Found via Google lists every app someone signed into with Google over the last 180 days, with how many People use it and when it was Last used. Only owners and admins see this tab.

Set it up

Connect Google Workspace at  Settings → Integrations  .
Connect with a Google account that can read Google's reports: a super admin, or an admin with the Reports privilege.
Under Tool sign-ins , click Read now . The first read covers 180 days and takes about 15 minutes.
After that, Moral Fabric reads Google's sign-in log once a day.

Go through the list

Each app has a Status, and the buttons next to it depend on that status:
  • In the library : the Moral Fabric library knows the app, but it is not on your Tools page yet. Click Add to my tools .
  • Not in the library : the app is new to us. Click Add to library to add it to the  shared supplier catalog  , then fill in its website and details. If it is another name for a tool you already have, click Same as… and pick that tool.
  • On your Tools page : the app is yours already. Its people and last use show on your Tools page.
Click the eye icon to hide an app, for example a personal one. The filter at the top switches between To review, On your Tools page and Hidden. Show again puts a hidden app back on the list.
Once a tool is on your Tools page, give it the role that manages it: see  How tools and services fill your roles .
