360 Insights

See what all the  360 feedback  in your organisation says: quality scores per team, an AI digest of the written feedback, and a box to ask your own questions.
Open  360° Feedback → Insights , the tab after Coaching. Everyone in the workspace can open it.
Pick a period top right: Last 3 months, Last 6 months (the default) or Last 12 months. It applies to the scores and the digest.

Read the organisation scores

The Organisation card shows a radar chart with the average score per quality, from 1 to 5, and how many ratings it is based on and how many colleagues gave them. The scores come from the optional  quality ratings  in the feedback form.

Compare teams

The Per team table has one row per top-level team: the teams directly under your organisation's main team. Sub-teams count towards the team above them.
  • Each person counts in one team only: the team where they hold the most roles. On a tie, the team they lead. Tool and service roles don't count.
  • The number in brackets after a team name is its size, and the number after each score is how many ratings it rests on.
  • A teal cell is clearly above the organisation average (0.4 or more), a coral cell clearly below.
  • Click a column header to sort. Use Columns to hide or reorder columns.
  • Click a row to open that team.

Look at one team

A team page shows the team's radar against the organisation average (the dashed outline), the team's own digest and an Ask box for that team. All teams takes you back.
When Open quality scores is on, the team page also has a Members table with each person's average per quality and their number of ratings.

Open quality scores

Admins switch this on in  Settings → Qualities . It is off by default.
  • When on, everyone sees each person's average per quality on team pages. Nobody ever sees who gave which score.
  • Only ratings given after the switch count towards a person's score. Earlier ratings still count towards team and organisation averages.
  • Switching it off and on again restarts the count from the new date.
  • While it is on, the feedback form tells feedbackers that their scores are visible as an average per person.

The AI digest

The card What the last 6 months of feedback tells us (or 3, or 12) reads all written 360 feedback in the period and gives:
  • a summary
  • growth themes
  • strengths to build on
  • learning suggestions, such as a workshop, coaching, reading or a peer session, each linked to a quality
  • team signals
  • risks worth watching
  • what changed since the period before
Mistral AI, a French company that processes data in the EU, writes the digest and the answers to your questions (see our  subprocessors ). Names are removed before it reads anything, and the digest never names or singles out a person.
The digest refreshes every month. Click Write digest, or Refresh on an existing one, to update it yourself; it takes up to a minute. A refresh within 10 minutes of the last one returns the same digest.

Ask your own question

Type a question in Ask about this feedback, or click one of the three suggestions. The answer covers the feedback in the chosen period, appears as it is written, and is never stored. Questions about a specific person are declined.
