Your public page
Your public page shows your teams, your roles and who fills them to anyone you send the link to. Most nonprofits use it for transparency: donors, journalists and applicants can see how the organisation is structured.
Publish it
Open
Settings → Public Page
.
Switch on
Publish teams page
. Anyone with the link can now view your teams and roles.
Copy the
Shareable link
and send it.
People are shown by default. Switch on
Hide people
to show only role names.
Generate new link
replaces the link, so the old one stops working.
Link to one team or role
To point someone at a single team or role, open its menu in Teams & Roles and choose
Copy public link
. Managers can do this.
Use your own domain
Put the page on your own address, such as
teams.yourorg.org
, under
Public Teams Page Domain
. See
